This 1/35 H39 French Light Tank Kit masterfully recreates the historical French H39, an improved variant of the H35 that saw service before and during World War II. Originally developed for the French Cavalry, the H39 featured key enhancements, including a more powerful 120hp engine and an L/33 37mm gun, making it more effective in combat. After France’s surrender in 1940, German forces repurposed and upgraded many H39s, deploying them in various roles, including in the occupation of Norway.

This highly detailed model kit brings the history of the H39 to life with an intricate turret design, realistic suspension bogies, and a carefully molded trench tail to replicate its capability of crossing obstacles. The assembly-type tracks include one-piece straight sections with realistic upper sag for added authenticity. Builders can choose between French or German Army specifications, with variant-specific cupolas, visors, engine grilles, and other details to enhance accuracy.
