P-40 Warhawk Overview
The iconic pain scheme on this American fighter is sure to be noticed at the airfield! This RC model features a full-depth cockpit with an included pilot under the removeable canopy for easy battery installation and transmitter setup. As an ARF model, you will need a motor and LiPo battery or 35-55cc gas engine, ESC, propeller, 8 standard hi-torque servos (2 aileron; 2 flap; 2 elevator; 1 rudder; 1 throttle), and a 8-channel minimum RC transmitter.
The Curtiss P-40 Warhawk was an all-metal fighter plane that first flew in 1938. It was created as a modification of the P-36 to reduce design and production times which were an advantage for WWII. This scale military RC airplane is Almost-Ready-to-Fly (ARF) and a best fit for an intermediate RC pilot.
Phoenix Model has been developing and designing RC aircraft since 1991 with a focus on Almost-Ready-to-Fly (ARF) models. Many components in a Phoenix Model RC plane are handmade by their skilled team, giving you a quality aircraft.
